Operational areas covered
Workspace access
Users must sign in through the correct company workspace and use permissions assigned by their organisation. Workspace discovery is the canonical entry point — direct tenant URLs may stop working without notice if a workspace is suspended.
Customer data
Tenant data must remain scoped to the relevant organisation workspace. Infronest enforces tenant isolation at the routing layer; customers must keep their own access policies aligned with that boundary.
Acceptable use
Monitoring, support, security, procurement, and automation features should be used only for systems the customer is authorised to manage. Infronest is not responsible for unauthorised monitoring of third-party systems.
Service changes
Modules, packaging, and pricing can evolve as the product matures. We will notify customers of breaking changes through the workspace and the contact email on file before they ship.
Support access
Support access into a tenant requires explicit owner approval through the in-product workflow. Operator access without owner approval is not part of the service.
Liability
Production-grade liability terms are negotiated as part of the enterprise contract. Talk to sales for the negotiated MSA.
